【星岛都市网】一名女子Natalia Smith日前在社交平台TikTok发帖,指遭黑客盗用信用卡于Costco购买一条价值$2999的金条。
她表示事发当日收到大通银行(Chase)短信通知有关消费,随即报案并取消信用卡。她同时发现大量垃圾电邮涌入,相信电邮账户也遭黑客入侵。
起初银行愿意退款,但之后Costco表示货品已送到事主旧地址,并由一名叫Vanessa的人签收,故此交易有效要重新收费。
Smith向警方报案,而银行则表示需要Costco确认交易非经事主授权才可退款。但Costco指由于订单已送达,故无法处理。

Smith最终提供多项证据,包括证明帐单地址与送货地址不符、现居地址证明,以及驾驶执照证明签名与“Vanessa”不同。Costco最终同意取消交易。
不过Smith质疑为何没有正确的帐单地址交易仍能完成,但银行及Costco均未能作出解释。
该TikTok视频获超11,100次观看次数。她之后上传了另一段影片,呼吁民众若遇到信用卡被盗用,应立即报案。
