【星岛都市网】一名女子Natalia Smith日前在社交平台TikTok发帖，指遭黑客盗用信用卡于Costco购买一条价值$2999的金条。
她表示事发当日收到大通银行（Chase）短信通知有关消费，随即报案并取消信用卡。她同时发现大量垃圾电邮涌入，相信电邮账户也遭黑客入侵。
起初银行愿意退款，但之后Costco表示货品已送到事主旧地址，并由一名叫Vanessa的人签收，故此交易有效要重新收费。
Smith向警方报案，而银行则表示需要Costco确认交易非经事主授权才可退款。但Costco指由于订单已送达，故无法处理。

Smith最终提供多项证据，包括证明帐单地址与送货地址不符、现居地址证明，以及驾驶执照证明签名与“Vanessa”不同。Costco最终同意取消交易。
不过Smith质疑为何没有正确的帐单地址交易仍能完成，但银行及Costco均未能作出解释。
该TikTok视频获超11,100次观看次数。她之后上传了另一段影片，呼吁民众若遇到信用卡被盗用，应立即报案。
