剧CP24新闻报道，加拿大Sears的代表律师今天向多伦多法庭申请是否可以于本周开始清仓促销。

Sears从6月22日开始在法庭保护之下，关闭了59个店面，裁员2900名员工。

向安省最高法庭提交的文件中，加拿大Sears首席财务官表示Sears最晚本周五开始进行清仓促销是十分必要的，促销将于10月12日结束。

上周，安省最高法院法官Glenn Hainey给公司准备开始促销开了绿灯。同时他也批准了公司给行政及重要员工共920万的奖金及补贴。
