根据CityNews报道，至明年1月，乘坐公共交通工具前往约克大学Keele校园的学生将在通勤时增加一站。
根据周二在该校网站上发布的一份通知，目前在该校园停站的GO巴士将改道在位于Jane和407的407号高速公路巴士和火车站停站。这样学生们需要下车然后换乘TTC地铁前去Pioneer Village或者York University车站。
学生不仅需要多乘坐一站，还需要付额外的车费才能从GO巴士转乘TTC。
为促进此举，GO Transit与TTC合作，推出1.50元的双倍折扣票，但前提是必须持有Presto卡。
周二上午，一份要求YRT和GO Tranit返回Keele校园的请愿书，在仅仅两个小时就获得了4000多个签名。
