【星岛都市网】本周三（22日）在彩虹桥过境点发生的车辆爆炸事故中遇难的两个人已被确认为一对来自美国的已婚夫妇。
在今日发布的一份新闻稿中，尼亚加拉瀑布警察局表示，起火车辆的乘客是53岁的Kurt P. Villani和53岁的妻子Monica Villani，两人都住在纽约格兰德岛（Grand Island）。
这起事故仍在尼亚加拉瀑布警察局事故管理部门的调查中。有关爆炸的进一步细节尚未公布。
