根据CBC报道，周日凌晨2点，一名女子开车撞进纽芬兰 St. John’s的运动中心后被送往医院。
一位在事故现场的CBC消息人士说，该女子当时正在被警方追捕，然后她撞向位于该市西区Crosbie路上的Newfoundland and Labrad体育中心。车的前半部分整个撞进了大楼的外墙。
