萨省女子Marlene Bird三年前在一次野蛮的袭击中失去了双腿,今年夏天她的电动轮椅又被偷了,不过现在在两个非盈利组织的帮助下,这位女子得到了两套新电动轮椅。

萨省脊髓损伤协会执行董事Lyn Brown表示,该组织在了解Marlene的悲惨遭遇后,于今年夏天向Marlene捐赠了一辆重型电动轮椅。

Lyn对Marlene的遭遇表示同情,并且还希望人们可以帮助那些仍旧在大街上困难使用手动轮椅的残疾人们.
