吃1类淀粉食物 有助增肌减脂
萧捷健医生过往曾讲解过碳水化合物对减肥的影响。他表示,碳水化合物可分为高、中及低3类。其中,大部份中碳水食物含有抗性淀粉和纤维,适量摄取有助增肌减脂,甚至可以帮身体抗炎。
