哈德遜灣百貨公司（Hudson’s Bay Co.）表示，將出售其德國的百貨公司給競爭對手，這筆交易為公司帶來6.16億元收入。

總部位於多倫多的哈德遜灣百貨，在歐洲擁有Galeria Kaufhof百貨公司，周二宣布與奧地利Signa Retail Holdings集團旗下的Karstadt百貨公司達成併購協議。哈德遜灣百貨行政總裁福克斯(Helena Foulkes)表示：「德國市場經營艱難，對每個競爭者來說都是如此，這筆交易讓我們兩個人可以一起變得更強大。」她並補充：「這讓哈德遜灣能夠更專註於北美市場。」

除了Karstadt和Galeria Kaufhof合併外，該交易還涉及哈德遜灣百貨的薩克斯第五大道(Saks Off Fifth)品牌、荷蘭的Hudson’s Bay、Karstadt體育用品店、Signa的Galeria INNO商店以及兩家公司的食品和餐飲業務的歐洲分支機構。

合資創建房地產企業

該協議還將包括合資創建一個擁有32.5億歐元資產的房地產企業，雙方股份各佔50%。

哈德遜灣百貨公司最近在北美的業務表現遭到抨擊，連公司內的主要大股東都說，哈德遜實際上是一家房地產公司，而不是百貨零售商。

2015年，哈德遜灣從德國零售商Metro AG手中收購了Kaufhof。如今賣給Signa的這筆交易還須要歐洲監管機構的批准，若一切順利，應可在未來90天內完成。

哈德遜灣百貨公司的股價周二開高走低，早盤上漲近8％，尾盤卻跌1.86%，最終收10.58元。
