麥當勞老闆只許員工說英語已道歉

據CBC報道，Yellowknife麥當勞老闆向員工緻歉，對自己此前要求員工必須說英語的規定作了檢討。

據了解，八月底，該店員工受到通知，被要求工作時間只允許說英語，否則將會按違規次數分別得到警告、24小時內無員工餐優惠以及開除等處罰。

加拿大並無相關法律要求本國居民及務工人員必須說英語，每個加拿大人都有說自己本民族語言的權利。
