根據美聯社消息，美國總統特朗普內閣的兩名成員今日表示，加拿大和墨西哥可能會被免除繳納對鋼鐵和鋁產品的關稅，這可能成為北美貿易談判中一個潛在的討價還價籌碼。

商務部長表示，特朗普總統說，如果能夠與加拿大和墨西哥一起做成一些事情，那麼加、墨兩國就可以被免除關稅，其他國家如果也可以這樣，那麼免除關稅也不是不可能的。特朗普總統已經表明此事有一定的靈活性。（Grace編譯）
