卑詩最高法院12月7日星期五裁定，中國華為公司首席財務官孟晚舟保釋聆訊，於12月10日星期一繼續，周五未有決定，她仍要被扣押。

孟晚舟有出庭，控辯雙方均提出理據，要求和反對讓她保釋。

法院已解除傳媒禁止報道令。
