【星島綜合報道】據DriveBC消息，馬西隧道（Massey Tunnel）北行逆向車道周五（19日）上午發生電氣故障，導致99號高速公路Delta Works Yard附近北行方向交通嚴重擁堵。
截至上午9時45分，北行方向僅開放兩條車道，南行方向僅開放一條車道。

北行方向的壅塞路段，已從Delta Works Yard一路塞到17號高速公路中段；南行方向則從布倫德爾（Blundell）路口前開始壅塞。
DriveBC提醒司機，Alex Fraser大橋可作為替代路線，但該路線北行方向也開始出現塞車。
