【星島綜合報道】安省省警表示，過去24小時內，大多倫多及咸美頓地區共錄得約200宗交通意外，另有125輛車輛陷入雪堆或跌入路旁溝渠，當中大部分事故發生於今次安省暴風雪期間。警方呼籲市民，如非必要應盡量留在家中，待天氣情況改善後才外出，以確保行車及人身安全。
