根据美联社消息，美国总统特朗普内阁的两名成员今日表示，加拿大和墨西哥可能会被免除缴纳对钢铁和铝产品的关税，这可能成为北美贸易谈判中一个潜在的讨价还价筹码。

商务部长表示，特朗普总统说，如果能够与加拿大和墨西哥一起做成一些事情，那么加、墨两国就可以被免除关税，其他国家如果也可以这样，那么免除关税也不是不可能的。特朗普总统已经表明此事有一定的灵活性。（Grace编译）
