据CTV新闻报道，根据加拿大Mortgage and Housing Corp. 报告称，建房速度比起三月下降15%。

联邦机构员工称，季节到年度建房数额在4月是214,098个单位，而3月是252,305个单位。专家对4月的期望值是210，000个单位。

对数据影响最大的是多个单位楼房，下跌16.7%，独立屋下跌12.1%。
